The database and authentication are operated by Supabase. The image and video generation models are operated by fal.ai. These providers are listed in detail in the personal data section.
creaCanva is an online service that produces, from a written description, two kinds of file: Canvases — silent vertical videos of 1080 × 1920 pixels, meant to be uploaded to a streaming platform — and square covers, from 640 to 4000 pixels a side.
The files are produced by artificial intelligence models. The result depends on the description you provide and is never guaranteed to be identical from one generation to the next.
Writing a brief is open without an account. Starting a generation requires one, because it incurs a real cost and must be attached to someone. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the generations started from your account.
The service is reserved for adults. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend an account that does not respect the rules of use below, after informing you, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.
Every description is reviewed automatically before any generation. Refused in particular are requests targeting an identifiable real person without their consent, sexual content, hateful content, any content involving a minor, and any unlawful content.
You also undertake not to submit an image you hold no rights to, not to circumvent the limits of the service, and not to use it to produce misleading content presented as real.
The service runs on credits. A free account receives {gratuites} credits a month, with no bank card. The paid plans and what they include are described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
A cover costs 20 credits, a Canvas 50 credits; each option you tick adds its own amount, shown on the button before you start. Prompt optimisation is charged on click, because it produces usable text even with no generation behind it.
Subscription credits do not carry over from one month to the next: the counter returns to the plan's quota at each renewal. Credits bought separately, on the other hand, remain yours and are not cleared at renewal. A generation that produces no file is credited back automatically. Credits have no monetary value and can neither be resold nor refunded in money.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, during which your credits stay usable; the account then returns to the free plan and receives its monthly quota again. A month that has started remains due, even if no credit was used.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included — VAT not being applicable under article 293 B of the French general tax code, the amount displayed is the amount paid. Any change in pricing is announced before it applies and takes effect only at the following renewal.
As of the update date above, payments are not open: only the free tier is available. The billing provisions will apply as soon as subscriptions open.
As a consumer you have, in principle, fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. Since your plan's credits are added to your balance as soon as you subscribe, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and expressly waive that right at the time of payment, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French consumer code.
The subscription is therefore not refunded, including if you use none of the month's credits. The credits are delivered to you on subscription: not using them is not a failure to supply, and a month that has started remains due.
Cancellation can be done at any time from your account, with no fee and no reason needed. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: until then your credits stay usable, then the account returns to the free plan and receives its monthly quota again. Nothing is charged after that date.
Two cases fall outside the above: a generation that produces no file is credited back automatically, and a service that does not conform to what is announced opens the rights described in the next section.
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the service you pay for must conform to what is announced here and on the pricing page. This legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by articles L.224-25-12 and following of the French consumer code, and it applies throughout your subscription, not only when you subscribe.
If the service does not conform — an announced feature missing, a format that does not come out at the promised dimensions, a quota that is not the one for your plan — you may ask for it to be brought into conformity free of charge. If that does not happen within a reasonable time, you may obtain a reduction in price or the termination of the subscription with a refund of the period not supplied.
This guarantee is free and subject to no formality: writing to the contact address is enough. It adds to the rights you hold under the contract, it does not replace them.
The files you generate are yours, commercial use included: upload to your distributor, social networks, videos. creaCanva claims no rights over your visuals and does not reuse them for its own communication without your written consent.
Two reservations, inherent to the nature of generative models. A result is not guaranteed to be unique: a similar description may produce a similar image for someone else. And copyright protection for automatically produced content is not settled under French law. It is up to you to check that the file suits the use you make of it, particularly before a commercial release.
The rest of the site — code, texts, visual identity, layout — remains the property of the publisher.
Spotify, Canvas and Spotify for Artists are trademarks of Spotify AB. creaCanva is an independent service, with no affiliation, partnership or endorsement from Spotify AB. These marks are mentioned only to describe the format of the files produced and the platform they are meant for.
The technical specifications mentioned on the site are those published by Spotify at the time of writing. They may change without creaCanva being informed, and whether a third-party platform accepts a file does not depend on us.
What is collected: your email address, when the account is created; the descriptions you write and the images you upload; the files generated and their date; your credit balance and your plan.
Why: to identify you, run the generations you request, keep your history and your credit counter, and prevent the prohibited uses described above. The legal basis is performance of the contract between us, and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Who is involved: Supabase (authentication and database), fal.ai (image and video generation, moderation and rewriting of descriptions), Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and, where applicable, Anthropic for rewriting descriptions. These providers act on our behalf and on our instructions. Some processing takes place outside the European Union, notably in the United States where the site is hosted; these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where the provider is certified under it, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
For how long: your creations and your account are kept for as long as the account exists, then deleted within thirty days of its deletion. Moderation reports are kept for one year, unlinked from your account.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction. Write to enzopeultier@gmail.com to exercise them. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if the answer does not satisfy you.
The site sets only the cookies necessary for it to work: those that keep your session once you are signed in, and the one that remembers which language you are reading in. No advertising cookie, no third-party analytics, no tracker — which is why no consent banner is shown to you, such cookies being exempt from consent.
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability: it depends on third-party providers whose models may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. We do our best to keep the service reachable and to give notice of any lasting interruption.
We cannot be held liable for the use you make of the generated files, for a file being refused by a third-party platform, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law, in particular in the event of gross negligence or harm to personal safety.
A generation that fails costs nothing: the credits committed are returned automatically.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute falls to the competent French courts.
